Precision machining: Manufacturing begins with high-precision drawings, where tolerances can be controlled within ±1mm. Subsequently, precise components are cut using CNC lasers or water jets.

Forming and welding: After cutting, the material undergoes processes such as bending and stamping to achieve its desired shape. Welding is primarily conducted using TIG (tungsten inert gas welding), performed by experienced technicians to ensure that the weld seam is both aesthetically pleasing and sturdy.

Surface treatment and quality inspection: After welding, manual grinding and polishing are carried out. Finally, passivation treatment is applied to restore its corrosion resistance, and strict quality inspection is conducted using equipment such as calipers and laser trackers
